I am sorry I didn’t get to post this before Christmas but the Eat N  Park star commercial is a classic – so we can still enjoy it after Christmas too. (I love that EatNPark continues to air this commercial each holiday season – read more about the commercial and lots of other smiley things on the EatNPark Blog here).

And here is another holiday video that is sure to bring some joy (and I believe it was filmed here in Pittsburgh too!) what is sure to become a new holiday classic – Let the Belly go Jelly.

  • Cooking up 10 Million Cookies a Year! – That is what Eat’n Park accomplishes each year as they create 10 million cookies to pass out for free for every child 10 and under. The company this week discussed the success of their cookie in the Pittsburgh Business Journal. An interesting fact from the article is how company had their largest increase in cookies sales as the Steelers won the 2006 Super Bowl, selling more than 350,000 black and gold smiley cookies

I can still wish you a Merry Christmas!

The prizeImage by caseywest via FlickrIt has been a busy busy holiday season and I didn’t get a chance to post this video before December 25. But since today is technically Christmas – if you are Eastern Orthodox, then I can still write about Christmas. I even found a message board that lists some Eastern Orthodox services in Western, Pa. You can also go to St. Nicholas in Homestead for Christmas services on Jan. 7.

I am posting this great commercial from Eat N’Park for two reasons

  1. it is just great and should be watched every year
  2. it gives me a chance to highlight the fact that Eat N’Park has blog.  They have even posted about the history of this commercial – the Christmas Star ad has been around for 26 years old.
