They have a great website and are working on some great projects. Check out this post that explains the name and provides some interesting information about letterpress printing.
  • Cooking up 10 Million Cookies a Year! – That is what Eat’n Park accomplishes each year as they create 10 million cookies to pass out for free for every child 10 and under. The company this week discussed the success of their cookie in the Pittsburgh Business Journal. An interesting fact from the article is how company had their largest increase in cookies sales as the Steelers won the 2006 Super Bowl, selling more than 350,000 black and gold smiley cookies

Dollar Cupcakes at Dozen in Sq. Hill on Wed. April 30

I have received some rave reviews from friends and family about the cupcakes at Dozen. I have now received phone calls from some of these cupcake lovers to ask if I know if Dozen is open after 6pm on Sundays because said cupcake lovers “must have a Dozen cupake.” I promise I will post some pictures of a recent visit to Dozen soon but if you are a cupcake lover or have been looking for an excuse to try Dozen I think you will be happy to see this announcement.
