Image via WikipediaFriday, Saturday and Sunday (Sept 26-28, 2008) celebrate Pittsburgh’s little Italy. Bloomfield knows how to celebrate – they will have food, music, games and festivities all over Bloomfield.
The 2008 festival features free activities and entertainment for young and old. This year 12 musical groups perform on the Main Stage at Liberty and Cedarville, along with strolling musicians throughout the weekend. Other activities include a bocce tournament and an Italian Mass, followed by the “Procession of the Madonna del la Civita”.
