This is one of those events that I have heard amazing stories about but have not yet been able to attend. As I mentioned in last years post about the Feast of St. Anthony – I learned about this festival from a friend, who is not Italian – but might as well be – because he is the biggest promoter of Italian cultural events in this city. Another popular event from 2009 is back again for an even bigger event in 2010. This weekend the South Side Works shopping area will become a street festival with music, artist market (organized by the good folks at Imadeit Market) and kids area. 3 days of fun in the streets of the south side.
