A new development of 6 town homes is being proposed by Walnut Capital for development at the corner of Pearl Street and Friendship Avenue, with the residences all to front on Pearl Street and span from Pearl Street to Rosina Way. The developers have requested a community meeting prior to scheduling a zoning hearing in order to better understand what the community wants to see.

As part of our ongoing community process for new developments that come into the neighborhood, Bloomfield Development Corporation invites you to a public and open-to-ALL community meeting on Thursday, November 9 at 6:30 PM at Irma Freeman Center (5006 Penn Avenue) to hear a presentation from the development team and to ask questions.

Bloomfield Development will be out flyering on Monday within 500 feet of the property as we always do for our development meetings (we could use your help!). This ensures that access to important information in our community is equitable and accessible for everyone, and that all voices have an opportunity to be heard.
