Low Carb Cooking Class: March-ch-chia

This Class is going to be a methods class rather than a recipe class. We are going to use the chia seeds in baking and cooking highlighting their posiive affects on our cholesterol and blood sugar. Chia seeds are particularly helpful to those with allergies to eggs who want to live a lower carb lifestyle.
