Bloomfield Development Corporation hosts open and public community meetings where residents can learn about project proposals directly from developers, ask questions, and express concerns. Property developers then have to show that they responded to this community feedback with they go before the City Zoning Board.

All are invited to attend the meeting on Monday, March 5, 6:30PM at the West Penn Hospital Nursing School (4900 Friendship Ave. at the corner of Gross/Friendship).The developer of 614 Edmond Street, Matt Rosenfeld, and architects Eric Booth of Desmone Architects will present an updated proposal to build a 2-unit new construction townhouse with two off-street parking spaces.
