I am sitting here at the Shadow Lounge taking advantage of the free internet. The place is pretty quiet right now, perfect for a meeting. There is some great art work up on the walls right now that is easy to overlook when the room is dark. I just wanted to share a picture of what this place looks like before the crowd arrives. Tuesday night is open mic night. I can’t promise I will still be here in a few hours but lots of other folks will be.

Order Pen's Bread

This custom Pittsburgh Penguins bread is in the window of Mancini’s bakery in the strip district. The guy who was walking out as we were walking pointed out the amazing bread to his friend who replied “that’s awesome” which is probably the best way to describe this art work of bread. Mancini’s also offers this bread in a larger size. You can order one for your next hockey party, I think the small one is $25 and you have to order ahead.
If you aren’t familair with mancini’s bread you should be – it is heavenly. It is the best bread ever. The origional bakery is still in McKees Rocks, but they also have a shop in the strip district.
