Re-Envisioning 327 N. Negley – Design Charrette

Please join us for a community workshop to envision the future of 327 North Negley. This synagogue and school have been vacant for many years. Beacon Communities, MCAPS, LLC (mcapshq.com), and Ralph A Falbo Inc are working together to transform the vacant property into a regenerative net zero energy community that benefits residents and the neighborhood. We envision providing affordable housing and neighborhood resources such as community gardens, art, and culture.

We are eager to tell you more about the project and ask you how this transformation could best serve the neighborhood. Light refreshments will be served.
