This is awesome! I love to run as many 5ks as possible in the summer, a good resource for local 5ks is the http://www.runhigh.com website, which has an extensive calendar

Here are a few I personally recommend / have heard good things about:

    Greenfield Glide: http://www.greenfieldglide.com/
Run for Roch – hilly scenic race on Mt. Washington: http://run4roch.wordpress.com/
Brookline Breeze, nice neighborhood race: http://www.active.com/running/pittsburgh-pa/brook
Run Around the Square, always a good crowd, nice entertainment and great after race food: http://www.runaroundthesquare.com/
