This is a really great idea.  This Saturday the National Association of Letter Carriers (aka your mailman/mail woman) are putting together the largest 1 day food drive.  Place some non-perishable food items next to your mailbox on Saturday, May 10, 2008.  Your letter carrier will pick up the items and everything will be donated to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
