Image by Wugging Gavagai via Flickr 2009 is the 23rd Anniversary of Head of the Ohio Regatta. Crew teams from all over the country will be in Pittsburgh to row on the Allegheny River this Saturday. Races occur all day from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Food and festivities for the family will be available near PNC park.
