The events at the Zoo seem to be selling out quickly so I am posting about this one early.  Head over to the Pittsburgh Zoo for brunch and a cupcake decorating class with the Zoo’s Chef Jess. The Zoo is FREE on Sunday – RADical Days Are Here Again

Image via WikipediaRAD is not only an awesome word circa 1980, but it is also the initials for Regional Asset District.  Basically you pay a 1% county sales tax and part of that tax goes to RAD which supports all kinds of important cultural resources.
