Yesterday, I was watching this interview on KDKD where I learned that most people gain 7 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years.  I want to mention that this interview was about a new  product, that I think is pretty cool, called GoWearFIT, which is from a Pittsburgh company, BodyMedia. One way to burn off some of those extra holiday calories would be to attend the December Viper’s Soul Club. Viper’s Soul Club is the monthly dance party with soul.
