Art Cubed – An Exponential Look at Pittsburgh

1st Fridays on Penn + 2 days + 3 Great Neighborhoods + Many Awesome Events = Art Cubed (aka A Great Weekend of Pittsburgh Goodness.)

Goodness is a great word to describe this event.  Many people have been mentioning this weekend extravaganza to me over the past few months and the festivities are just days away.

Reminder – Art All Night is almost here

It is art time again.  Saturday April 26, 2008 is the 11th, yes 11th, Art All Night.  Art All Night is literally art all night from alot of artists.

On Saturday from 1-4 – Anyone can drop off their artwork.  The exhibit opens at 6 pm and runs until 2pm on Sunday.  The event is FREE and open to everyone.  There will be musicall performances all night long too.

Let Your Creativity Loose!

It’s time to start working on your creation for Art All Night Lawrenceville 2008! Anyone and everyone is invited to submit one (and only one) piece of artwork or sign up to perform during this one-of-a-kind neighborhood event attended by over 7,500 people each year. Artist registration will be available online at www.artallnight.com in early April. Artists submitting visual art pieces must show a photo ID during registration on Saturday, April 26 from 1 to 4 pm and again during pick up on Sunday, April 27 from 2 to 4 pm. All artwork must arrive ready to hang or be displayed.

Art All Night – no jury, no censorship, no fees, no admission!
