Light up night means Downtown Pittsburgh will be hustling and bustling and basically looking like a city after 5pm. If the crowds aren’t for you – never fear – there are a bunch of light up night festivities happening in neighborhood business districts all around town.  You can get all of the Christmas-light filled fun with out the chaos.
