The Union Project, that super amazing community center in the East End, that I often visit, has been upgrading their Cafe. I don’t know how they improve on perfection, but they did. Well actually I do know how they did it. By putting Olga Watkins in charge. Olga has been giving the menu at the Union Project Cafe a complete makeover.
