Under the arches of the City/County Building on Grant Street?
Maybe the 'H' wasn't added to the American Alphabet until after 1900?
(there are a number of places where the 'H' is omitted from the word Pittsburgh around the city)
Outside of the Pennsylvanian at the old rail station.
The 'h' was only missing from our name for a brief time: 1891-1911, I believe.
At the Pennsylvanian … other cities are also featured

The Pennsylvania is correct! Wow. I am impressed at how many other people look at things like that.
