Uncle Nearest, Learn about the First African American Distiller

Join us for a talk by Fawn Weaver, Founder of the Nearest Green Foundation and the Historian for Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. The Nearest Green Foundation is dedicated to shining a spotlight on the first African-American master distiller on record in the United States, the first master distiller for Jack Daniel’s, and the person who taught a young Jack Daniel how to make Tennessee Whiskey. In collaboration with Wigle Whiskey. Tickets include a cocktail.

We will have BBQ Sandwiches for purchase!
Choose from slow-cooked locally-sourced pulled pork or smoked king trumpet mushrooms (vegan)
On a fresh roll or corn tortilla
Bourbon BBQ sauce
Coleslaw (vegan)
