November 16, 2017 @ 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
November 16 from 3-5:00pm at the Father Ryan Arts Center in McKees Rocks. RSVP>>
DESCRIPTION
In partnership with Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh, through the generous support of the Heinz Endowments, and on behalf of the local My Brother’s Keeper Committee, The Sprout Fund is facilitating a community-based planning process to inform the future of the My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) initiative in our region.
As a part of the planning process, 3 community feedback events will be hosted throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to solicit feedback from community stakeholders and young men of color. The community feedback sessions will focus on determining the most pressing issues facing My Brother’s Keeper at this point in the initiative’s development and uncovering the kinds of activities MBK should undertake in the future.
The second feedback session will take place on November 16, 2017 from 3-5:00pm at the Father Ryan Arts Center in McKees Rocks. The event is free and open to the public. RSVPs are requested by November 10th.
Additional Feedback Sessions:
The first feedback session will occur on November 15, 2017 from 9-11:00am at the Jeron X. Grayson Community Center in the Hill District. RSVP>>
The third feedback session will occur on November 30, 2017 from 12-2:00pm at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Homewood Branch in Homewood. RSVP>>
