Knit and Crochet Festival & The Pittsburgh Crochet Cape

All the cool kids are knitting these days. Thank goodness, I have actually been knitting since I was 10 but now all of my friends have asked for knitting lessons. I attended this event last year – if you like visiting one of Pittsburgh’s local knitting shop then you will love this festival. Fish Fry Season – who has the best fish fry in Pittsburgh?

While I was not raised Catholic, I have come to appreciate the tasty annual tradition of the Fish Fry.  Friday, February 8 marks the start of the annual fish fry season.  Luckily, the Pittsburgh Catholic Newspaper has a complete list of local fish fries.  So, I am on a quest to find out who has the best fried fish in Pittsburgh – please share your favorites – I would like to try to feature a different fish fry each week.
