Flying Discs are not UFOs

Schenley Park is home to one of Pittsburgh’s disc golf courses.  Check out this popular sport, which is like golf but with frisbees, with Venture Outdoors this weekend. Great Beers, a Great Cause – The Brewer’s Ball

The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis foundation is holding it’s first annual Brewers Ball on April 4th! This event is going to be a fun evening of specialty micro-brewed beer, appetizers, music and a variety of auction items with the goal of raising over $35,000 for Cystic Fibrosis research. Pittsburgh professionals are invited to sample a variety of specialty micro-brew beers and delicious appetizers from Bocktown, North Country Sharp Edge, John Harvards, Rivertowne Pour House, East End, Marzoni’s, and Rock Bottom along with live and silent auction items and music. Happy Pi Day!

Celebrate Green, Be Green.  Join local Green businesses in Lawrenceville to celebrate art from recyled materials and other eco friendly shopping for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
