Despite being literally visible, the conditions surrounding labor in the service industry are often unseen. Eating & Working & Eating & Working is a feature-length documentary film that follows seven people working in food from the beginning to the end of their work day. Along the way, participants discuss the joys and frustrations of working, the skills utilized in their labor, and the impacts of sexism, racism, and classism on their work environments.

The film features Gina Merante (Linea Verde/Green Market), Jasmine Cho (Yummyholic), Curtis Gamble + crew (Station), Thai Gourmet, Driftwood Oven, Reed & Co., Nicole Battle, Celine Roberts, Liana Maneese, Alice Julier, Don Mahaney (Scratch F+B), and Stephanie and Ashley from Tipped Off.

The film also features illustrations from Jessica Heberle and music contributions by Zoe Sorrell. Additional music and illustrations by DB.
