“You’ll never grow old, and you’ll never die.” Like their namesakes from Peter Pan, the teens in the 1987 movie “The Lost Boys” have no intention of growing up. Make no mistake, though, “The Lost Boys” is not a sweet childhood fable, but a story of some bad boy vampires making mayhem! It’s a sexy blend of bad lads, bloodsuckers, camp comedy, and carnage, with standout performances from a cast full of young 1980s stars.

The Hollywood Theater will host its annual Halloween Party Saturday, October 21, 2017 (doors open at 7pm). Costumes are encouraged as there will be a contest, including a category for the best ’80’s-inspired vampire. Or forget the costume and be transformed into a creature of the night at the ’80’s hair bar and vampire makeup station.

In addition, there will be vendor tables, a raffle, tasty treats, and other scary fun. The evening is BYOB (corkage fees will apply). Then at 8 pm, sit back for a screening of “the Lost Boys” starring Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Patric, and “The Coreys” (Feldman and Haim) and enjoy some vampires that definitely don’t sparkle.
