Watch Hockey at Consol Energy Center for Free – Sat. Jan 21

And its for a good cause too!  Hockey tickets are A) hard to get and B) expensive.  So this is a pretty cool event where you can watch hockey at Consol Enegy Center for free.

Saturday, January 21 is a Corporate Hockey (Day and) Night in Pittsburgh.  Corporate hockey teams will be competing in a tournament to raise money for the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation and United Way. Donations can also be accepted at: https://www.formstack.com/forms/?1151244-Rbed2tOEJf

Hockey games will be played from 2pm until 10:30pm

GOLD DIVISION
Heritage Valley Health System v McGuireWoods – 2:00-2:50 p.m.
McGuireWoods v BladeRunners – 3:05-3:55 p.m.
BladeRunners v Heritage Valley Health System – 4:10-5:00 p.m.
Gold Championship Game – 5:15-6:05 p.m.

BLACK DIVISION
Reed Smith v Federated – 6:20-7:10 p.m.
Federated v PNC – 7:25-8:15 p.m.
PNC v Reed Smith – 8:30-9:20 p.m.
Black Championship Game – 9:35-10:25 p.m.

CONSOL Energy Center
Saturday, January 21, 2012 2pm
Free Admission & Free Parking in the in the East arena lot, just above Lemieux Place off Center Avenue

    Great tournament! My wife and I sat thru the first 4 games and watched Heritage Valley destroy every team that got in their way.

    It was a really neat event to watch. Some really good talent on a few of the teams. Hopefully a lot of money was raised for the Penguins Foundation!
