Summer Breeze – Point Breeze Block Party

June 7, 2010 Lindsay

summerbreezeI don’t think we have covered any Point Breeze events on IheartPGH before – but it looks like the Neighborhood association there has been planning more and more events.

On Saturday they are planning a neighborhood block party – appropiatly named Summer Breeze.  From noon – 6pm there will music, food, kids activities and neighbors socializing.  At 5pm Billy Price will perform.

Summer Breeze – Point Breeze Block Party
Saturday, June 12, 2010, Noon-6pm
Reynolds Street, Point Breeze
RSVP on Facebook here

Point Breeze has a nice little business district on Reynolds – check out some of these local dining spots… Make Your Mark Coffee Shop, Pinos, Point Brugge and head up the hill and towards the park for a stop at the Frick Park Market – great little neighborhood market with sandwiches and prepared foods too.
