All Queen, all the time – Queen Tribute Show at the Byham

Image by ellyukrm via Flickr One Night of Queen is a Queen tribute show now on their second US tour and will be stopping in Pittsburgh on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the Byham Theater. One Night of Queen is preformed by Greg Mullen and his band the Works.  Greg got his start as a karaoke singer in Glasgow and now tours the world with his Queen tribute show. All-Italian-all-the-time – Little Italy Days All Weekend in Bloomfield

Image via WikipediaFriday, Saturday and Sunday (Sept 26-28, 2008) celebrate Pittsburgh’s little Italy. Bloomfield knows how to celebrate – they will have food, music, games and festivities all over Bloomfield. The 2008 festival features free activities and entertainment for young and old. This year 12 musical groups perform on the Main Stage at Liberty and Cedarville, along with strolling musicians throughout the weekend. Other activities include a bocce tournament and an Italian Mass, followed by the “Procession of the Madonna del la Civita”. Click here for the full schedule of events.… Read the rest
