Artists from University of Wisconsin and Beyond Light Up Braddock this Weekend

Image via Wikipedia I really want to highlight this event for this weekend – I am going to try to stop by on Friday or Satruday evening.  I met the founder of the Unsmoke Artspace a few years ago and I have really enjoyed seeing his dedication to Braddock and the region.  Braddock Light is an exhibit that will include artists from the University of Wisconsin and other locations – all who work with light as an artistic medium.  I have attended a variety of events in Braddock over the past few years and each time has provided an opportunity… Read the rest

I am putting this on the calendar for next year. Reminder – Art All Night is almost here

It is art time again.  Saturday April 26, 2008 is the 11th, yes 11th, Art All Night.  Art All Night is literally art all night from alot of artists. On Saturday from 1-4 – Anyone can drop off their artwork.  The exhibit opens at 6 pm and runs until 2pm on Sunday.  The event is FREE and open to everyone.  There will be musicall performances all night long too.
