I just got this email from the WQED education email list about a Dr. Seuss birthday party at the Children’s museum this weekend.  I love that there always seems to be a birthday party to celebrate in this town – did anyone go to the Toonseum or this case the Tunaseum to celebrate Charlie the Tuna‘s big 5-0 birthday last Saturday? The Museums Miss You: Reasons to visit Pittsburgh Museums

With a 3 days weekend after a weekend of snow, everyone is in need of a reason to get out of the house – a perfect time to revisit one of the many great museums we have here in Pittsburgh.  Here is a run down of some exhibits that are not to be missed.
