Thanks to you, the readers of IheartPGH and your entusiasm for the nation of  Steeler’s fans I have had the opportunity to meet and watch the Steeler Game with the folks who are traveling the country to make a documentary about Steelers Fans.

They have already been to Steelers bars in Tennesse, Brooklyn and Chicago.  This weekend they are bring their film crew to Western PA.

Ken and Stacey from Steeler Country Productions NYC will be bringing their crew to watch the game at Fred’s Divot in Ambridge.  They are inviting any Steelers Fans who are interested to join them for a tailgate  this Sunday.

This Documentary looks really cool. On a related note Pittsburgh songwriters have written a new Steeler song that the film makers are hoping to use as the theme for the movie. Click the link below to listen, and if you like it there are some download options. We'll hopefully be filming a video soon and for yinz round here, we may need some help. Stay tuned. Also a portion of the proceeds will go to the Pittsburgh Promise, a great organization that is providing an amazing scholarship program for the Pittsburgh City Schools. Enjoy and Go Steelers!Listen to the song:http://thisissteelercountry.bandcamp.com/
