What do you miss most about Pittsburgh?

I agree that it’s definitely possible to make it home. I’m from Pittsburgh but go to school in Athens, Ohio. I realize the situations we have are different, but I find myself craving the atmosphere of Pittsburgh, and the people. The city is so unique and has a ton to offer, especially with food, culture, and community.

I just moved back from NYC, and it was not easy!!! I knew how happy I would be once I was back..so I never gave up. My advice to you is to keep working at it and eventually everything will fall into place! Good luck!!!

From one West End Girl to another, who also drifted away (albeit, not as far…only to DC), I am happier than a yinzer in a vat of IRN to be home. It’s not perfect, but it’s home. And I’d be willing to drop a house or two on anyone trying to make it difficult for you to follow the yellow brick road back to the Golden Triangle.
