Spring Football Fever? Check out the Pittsburgh Passion Documentary – April 5, 2009

One of the things on my to do list for this spring is to attend one the Pittsburgh Passion games.  The Pittsburgh Passion is a member of the  Independent Women’s Football League.

This Saturday, April 5th you can support the team by attending a screening of the documentary film about the team that was produced last year.  The screening will be at the Southside Works at 2pm.  Tickets are $15 and are available at http://pittsburghpassion.com/.

The documentary has been nominated for a 2009 Billie Award which honors excellent coverage of Women and Girls in sports.
