Best Steelers Bars – Help Me Put Them on the Map!

Steeler Fans RepresentImage by drewesque via Flickr It is the start of football season and that means Steelers fans will gather together around the world. Where do you go to watch the Steeler Games?  What bar has the best tvs?  What bar has the best crowd?

Please share your favorite Steelers bars -in Pittsburgh or beyond – I know there is a group of people that gather in a bar just outside of Jacksonville, FL and I am counting on Friend of IheartPGH who lives in Honolulu to send pictures of the Hawaiian Steelers Bar.  I will add them all to this newly created Official Looking Steeler Bar Map.

I am looking for a Steelers bar in Delaware. I just moved to Wilmington and need to find a place to watch the games, and get away from the Eagles and Ravens fans! Thanks!

For the West Coast transplants out there who haven't found a great Steelers bar yet, here are two of the best:

Los Angeles: Gabe's Bar & Grill (2965 S Sepulveda, West Los Angeles)
San Francisco: Shanghai Kelly's (2064 Polk St, Nob Hill)

I've never had more fun watching a Steelers game at a bar (and that includes bars in the Burgh) as I had at both of these places!

Like welcome all Steelers fans across the country to my new website, http://www.steelcityartist.com featuring illustrations of Pittsburgh. Two of these include Heinz Field/Three Rivers. Is there a way to have you post website?

There's two big time Steelers bars in the greater LA area that I know of– one is in Tujunga (which is almost to San Fernando on the 210) and it's called the Steel Pit, and it's Pittsburgh plus some other stuff, I forget what. The second is the Starting Gate in Los Alamitos (just southeast of Long Beach on the 405) and it's a Steelers joint straight up and all the way.

I myself will be checking out Gabe's on Sepulveda in West LA and will report back with a review. Thank you.

If you can't get into the stadium, they're just minutes from the North Shore. Great food and beer specials. The Village Tavern in the West End is my favorite place to watch the game! Located at 424 S. Main Street (15220).
